Trained in international marketing in Belgium, Benoît has conducted several international market studies on bike related topics (rent-a-bike, public bicycle, bike and train, velostation) for the French Ministry of Economy, the French railway company, the City of Paris and the Brussels-Capital RegionBenoît has been project manager for more than 140 missions, alone or with partners.
He taught project management for students at the French National School of Public Works.
