The quality approach applied to mobility

Concept

Quality approaches are continuous improvement process. The best known is the ISO 9001 standard mainly deployed in the private sector. BYPAD, ISEMOA and ADVANCE approaches were born from the desire to adapt it to public mobility policies within the framework of European projects. They are based on the participation of stakeholders to agree on a shared diagnosis and then on the definition of a pre-action plan.
