Description

In 2017, the Ministry of Sustainable Development planned a major reform of the Transport Territorial Orientation Act (LOTI) which dates back to 1982. The Ministry then organizes a mobility conference. Isabelle Lesens gave the floor to several experts (F. Héran, B.Beroud, J. Demade, A.Guggenheim, J.L.Saladin, Is. Lesens, F.Papon, F.Luciano) to know what the new law should contain.
